I’m Mallory Barger, founder of Mallory Home, and my passion for real estate is deeply rooted in my own experiences of buying, renovating, and investing in homes in Colorado Springs over the past 12 years.

Originally from Michigan, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University before moving to Bloomington, Indiana, to pursue my Master’s degree at Indiana University. My career started in higher education, where I spent 15 years leading sports programs at various universities. However, after becoming a full-time mom to 3, my passions and skills began to develop and I discovered my true passion—Real Estate.

My journey into real estate began with house hacking, DIY renovations, and property investment. My husband, Keith, and I have personally transformed multiple homes in Colorado Springs, doing most of the work ourselves and uncovering each property’s hidden potential. I love homes with character, stories to tell, and endless possibilities. That passion fuels my desire to help others find, transform, and invest in homes that align with their dreams.
